Track Readiness At All Levels

DRRS will improve and enhance the ability of DOD entities to collect, report, submit, display, and share readiness data for consumption by key stakeholders across the DOD enterprise. By shifting to a capability-based and resource-informed approach to readiness reporting, DRRS will provide the Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Military Services, Combat Support Agencies (CSA), Commanders at all levels and other key DOD and government stakeholders with an authoritative and collaborative system to evaluate the readiness of US Armed Forces to accomplish designed and assigned missions.

Combatant Commands (COCOM)


COCOM is able to report Mission Readiness based on assessments of JTFs, Service Components and subordinate units; track Top Readiness Concerns; identify Deficiencies and incorporate IPL input. Linking to Agency and Service capabilities is included.

State Joint Force Headquarters


State Joint Force HQ are able Assess, report and display their capability to perform assigned missions such as Disaster Preparedness, DSCA, and Title 32 tasks.

NORTHCOM Deep Dive


Deep Dive provides visibility of National Guard unit resources based on FEMA regions.

ISR Deep Dive


The ISR Deep Dive module is designed to provide visibility of STRATCOM capabilities by tracking the status, location, and projected availability of supporting resources, assets, and mission essential dependencies.

The purpose of this tool is to provide STRATCOM with a web-enabled capability management and communication tool consistent with Joint/OSD direction and metrics. The focus is on identifying project capability capacity and readiness, capability assignment and allocation, and capability OPTEMPO trend and impacts.



Language Readiness Index (LRI)

The Language Readiness Index (LRI) is a strategic management tool for DoD that fill requirements to make overarching decisions in a more timely and accurate manner.

LRI takes into account both current and future operations by how requirements are reported within the LRI. Other systems exist within the Department to actually "fill" a requirement.
